So, what do you think should be limited on sports message boards:

Information on criminal activity ? (students, teachers, and administrators)

Recruiting violations ?

Attack on posters by other posters ? (good natured ribbing does not count)

Unfounded rumors ? (yep I went there)

Insider trader tips ?

Commercials/Ads Soliciting Products ?

Lets give it a run and see where the limits are, as Mr. T said; "Don't be shy !"

It should all be legal....let the rumors fly......

Just joking. It is funny when people post things without “saying it” and most everyone here who follows things close all know what is implied and what they are talking about.

What is there to gain by discussing rumors about teenagers who happen to play football when it comes to suspensions/injuries/grades/etc.

Minors do have protection by law

I think everyone knows how I feel about coaching carsouel rumors :D

Nothing involving rumors about kids should be allowed - they're minors after all and rumoors are usually not the entire story anyways.
Recruiting violations kinda falls under the "Rumors" category. Kids are involved.
The ribbing has to stay. It's fun.
Unfounded rumors are just that - unfounded
Commercials are a pain - but you're the moderator - your call.

Let the games begin!!!!!

Everything is an unfounded rumor on a message board. Facts cant be confirmed here...You have to allow most, if not all of them.
Personal attacks. If you eliminated personal attacks, most people wouldnt post. Good-natured ribbing is in the eye of the ribber (is that a word?)
Just assume you will be attacked if you express an opinion.
Police reported criminal activity? IHSAA reported recruiting violations. They are public record./

What I dont like too see is political commentary. I know it was tough to leave your views out in the Covid-19 'hell year' but moving forward, please can we all just can it?. I know we're all going to save America in our own way but you dont care how I feel anymore than I care how you feel. Lets just argue about sports, Okay?
