It’s a terrible secret. Clue: Local small college.
Great hire for Highland. Now can they get the Jimmies and Joe’s??

Let's just say he will develop the Jimmies and Joe's. I played for Radtke and knew many highland kids. There was nothing drastically different about our athletic abilities but highland never came close to touching us on the field.
The NCC needs to be put on warning. I anticipate Highland being a force in the conference very soon.
Re: Highland Opening
Home run? Maybe because it's Highland. This is not a Buzea hire. The new guy coached Griffith for 4 seasons, 3 of which were spent beating up on GSSC teams. Any talk of NCC dominance might be a bit premature.

Being a force in the conference and dominating are different things. I said they'd be a force, not dominate the conference. It also was not 3 years in the GSSC under him. It was 2 and in year 2 against the NCC Griffith only lost 1 game to NCC opponents.
It is definitely a home run for the Trojans. This will be evident in 3 years.
Re: Highland Opening
I had a long post reiterating and breaking it down year by year but this damn board made it disappear. If he wants it broken down, I'll do it again, but look through those 4 years, look at the losses in particular, tell me what you see. They lost to the elite of the elite and beat everyone they should have (with the exception of like 1 game) and some they shouldn't have. He's a heck of a coach and his career 65% win percentage and 7-5 record in the NCC is better than a lot of coaches around here can say for themselves.paintballer wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 2:33 pmBeing a force in the conference and dominating are different things.
